Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Split Shipments

Because we source products from multiple premium suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages from different locations. This is completely normal and means each item is shipped directly from the specialist who makes it best. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Shipping Times

• United States: 3-7 business days
• United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
• Europe: 7-14 business days
• Rest of World: 10-21 business days

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 will be charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.
