For left or right arm, measure around elbow joint for correct sizing. Large fits elbow 11 - 12 inches. 1. Slide support over elbow. 2 Position pressure pads so that they rest on top of underside (radial and ulnar sides) of forearm, just below elbow. 3. Wrap strap around forearm.
