The package contains one pair of insoles to fit men's shoe sizes 8-12. Dr. Scholl's has been a trusted brand in foot care since 1904 when Dr. William Mathias Scholl, grandson of a cobbler, launched the company under the name Dr. Scholl Inc. 1- Place the Tri-Comfort Insoles in your shoes. 2- The insole labeled “L” goes in your left shoe and the insole labeled “R” goes in your right shoe. Replace after 6 months or at the first sign of wear HSA/FSA EligibleRestrictions apply; contact your insurance provider about plan allowances and requirements. We do not currently accept FSA or HSA cards.
