Strepsils Miel Citron Lozenges Sore Throat Relief – Pack of 24

Strepsils Honey and Lemon can be used as pain relief and a supplementary treatment for mouth and throat infections such as pharyngitis, and inflammation of the tonsils and mucus membrane of the mouth cavity (gum inflammation and aphthous stomatitis). Directions for Use Dissolve 1 lozenge in the mouth every 2 to 3 hours. DosageDo not take more than 6 lozenges a day. – Children between 5 and 7 years: 1 lozenge 3 times a day. – Children between 8 and 15 years: 1 lozenge 4 times a day. Do not use for more than 3 or 4 days unless recommended by your doctor (see also precautions and warnings below). Ingredients Active Ingredients: 2,4-dichloobenzyl alcohol (1.2 mg), amylmetacresol (0.6mg) Excipients: Terpene-less lemon oil, honey, peppermint oil, tartaric acid, liquid sucrose and glucose. Packaging Round lozenges sealed in thermoformed blister-packs (aluminium/polyvinyl chloride/polyvinylidene chloride) and sold in packs of 24. Precautions for Use Contains sucrose and glucose. If you are intolerant to some sugars, consult your doctor prior to use. Contra-indications Do NOT: – give to children under 5; or – use if you are allergic to any of this medicine's ingredients. If your sore throat lasts for more than 3 or 4 days and/or is accompanied by fever, consult your doctor. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding:Use only if recommended by your doctor.
