At Oxfordum, we work with a curated network of premium suppliers through Shopify Collective to bring you the finest pieces, shipped directly from the artisans and designers who create them.
Insured Shipping
Every order placed on Oxfordum ships with full insurance coverage — so your piece is protected from the moment it leaves the studio to the moment it arrives at your door.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Split Shipments
Because we source from multiple specialist suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages from different locations. This is completely normal — each piece is shipped directly from the maker. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. All rates include full insurance coverage.
