At Oxfordum, we work with a curated network of premium suppliers through Shopify Collective, and pieces ship directly from the designers and makers who create them.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Insured Shipping

Every order ships with full insurance coverage and tracking, so your piece is protected from dispatch to delivery.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Personalized and made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation time.

Split Shipments

Because we source from multiple specialist suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.
