Passionflower helps quiet the mind and reduces tension and stress, allowing sleep to come. Vetiver essential oil, sometimes referred to as the “oil of tranquility” possesses grounding and stabilizing qualities and is considered a precious oil due to the difficult process of extracting it from the roots of the plant. It is commonly used in aromatherapy and is inhaled for help with nervousness and insomnia.

We recommend you keep it at your bedside and rub a bit on your temples and chest when you lay down for the night.
