Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Insured shipping on every order
All orders ship fully insured with tracking.

Processing and delivery times
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, and delivery to Canada typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Personalized and made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation time.

Orders to Canada
Applicable GST/HST is calculated at checkout. Because many pieces ship from our makers in the United States, Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties or brokerage fees on delivery, which are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Lost or damaged packages
