Refund policy

30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Sale items can be returned under the same conditions as full-price pieces, unless the product page marks them as Final Sale.

Eligibility
Items must be unworn and unused, in the same condition you received them, and returned in their original packaging with any tags, backings and protective film. For hygiene reasons, earrings must be returned unworn in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return
Contact us at oxfordum.uk@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we'll email you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please ship your return with tracking and share the tracking number with us.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-returnable items
Personalized and custom pieces (such as name or engraved jewelry), items marked Final Sale and gift cards cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged. Any free gift received with an order must be returned with the item for a full refund.

Exchanges
To get a different size or style, return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds
We'll notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at oxfordum.uk@gmail.com.
