Sterling Silver

• Silver naturally tarnishes over time — this is normal.
• Polish with a silver cloth to restore shine.
• Store in an airtight bag or box to slow tarnishing.

Stainless Steel (Watches & Accessories)

Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Because we work with specialist suppliers, some orders may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. Every order ships fully insured.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery — including sale items — for pieces in their original, unworn condition and original packaging. Items marked Final Sale on the product page and personalized pieces can't be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

To start a return, contact us and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect. If something is wrong with your order, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
