Our Quality Promise
Every Oxfordum piece is made by an independent designer or maker we have chosen for their craftsmanship, and we want you to love it for years.
On arrival
- If your piece arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
- You can also return eligible pieces within 30 days of delivery under our Refund Policy.
After 30 days
- Many of our makers offer their own warranty against manufacturing defects. Coverage and length vary by maker and material.
- If you notice a manufacturing defect after the return window, email us and we will work with the maker on a repair or replacement wherever their warranty allows.
- Accidental damage, loss, and normal wear and tear (such as plating wear on gold-plated pieces) are not covered.
