30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with original packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us via our contact page within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days
4. Ship the item back in its original packaging
5. Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Conditions

• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• Original packaging must be included
• Personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective
• Sale items are final sale unless defective

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or defective items at no extra cost. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
