Oréane 14K Yellow Gold Rope Chain - Gold Filled or Solid Gold

Texture is what gives a delicate chain its presence.
Oréane transforms tightly interwoven rope links into a continuous line of warm yellow-gold light. Its twisted construction reflects from multiple angles, creating more depth than a smooth-link chain while keeping a refined profile for everyday wear.
Choose the delicate 1.25 mm or the slightly more defined 1.5 mm width, then the length that suits your styling: 16 in sits near the base of the neck, 18 in is the classic everyday proportion, 20 in creates a relaxed drop and 24 in gives a longer silhouette ideal for layering.
The 14K yellow gold-filled option offers an accessible interpretation of the design; the solid 14K yellow gold option contains no plating. Each features polished, solid construction and a secure lobster clasp.

How to Care for Your Jewelry
With the right care, your Oxfordum pieces will last for years. Follow these simple guidelines to keep your jewelry looking its best.
Gold Vermeil & Gold-Filled
- Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising.
- Avoid perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals directly on the piece.
- Store in a cool, dry place — ideally in a pouch or jewelry box.
- Clean with a soft dry cloth after wearing.
Sterling Silver
- Silver naturally tarnishes over time — this is normal.
- Polish with a silver cloth to restore shine.
- Store in an airtight bag or box to slow tarnishing.
- Avoid exposure to chlorine, saltwater, and sulfur.
Stainless Steel (Watches & Accessories)
- Wipe with a damp cloth to remove sweat and oils.
- Safe for daily wear — highly resistant to tarnish and scratching.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners.
Waterproof & Tarnish Resistance
Many of our pieces feature PVD coating or rhodium plating for enhanced durability. Check individual product pages for specific care instructions. As a general rule: remove jewelry before swimming in chlorinated pools or saltwater.
General Tips
- Put jewelry on last — after makeup, hairspray, and perfume.
- Remove before sleeping to prevent bending or breakage.
- Store pieces separately to avoid scratching.
