Delivery

We ship to the United States and Canada. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the US or 5–10 business days to Canada after dispatch. Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties or brokerage fees on delivery. Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Because we work with specialist suppliers, some orders may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. Every order ships fully insured.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery — including sale items — for pieces in their original, unworn condition and original packaging. Items marked Final Sale on the product page and personalized pieces can't be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect. If something is wrong with your order, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
